Insomnia Remedies Or Hocus Pocus?

Is there really a way to end the insomnia nightmare? Are there actual natural remedies for insomnia? maybe even a cure?

Insomnia can be easily described as having a hard time getting to sleep. This as I mentioned before has been my recurring nightmare for years now, however, since the advent of Dream Water which puts me to sleep in between 20 – 30 mins, that has all changed for me. :-)

Dream Water has been my savior, no longer do I dread going to bed, knowing that I will be awake half the night. What do I do if I can not afford Dream Water? I hear you ask. Well, there are alternatives, for example, you could try taking a glass of warm milk before bedtime, warm milk has natural sleep inducing chemicals in it, so if you have very mild insomnia, this should help, the only problem is that milk does not contain a strong enough dose of this chemical for it to work on anything other than a mild case of insomnia.

Melatonin – Melatonin is a little stronger than your average glass of milk, it also is a natural occuring sleep inducing chemical. The great thing about melatonin is that no prescription is needed, this all natural drug can be bought over the counter in any decent pharmacy/drugstore. A lot of people swear by melatonin, another point to add here is that it is a natural occuring sleep inducing chemical within our own bodies, so when we take a melatonin pill what in fact we are doing is boosting our own natural sleep disorder fighting reserves.

5 HTP – 5 HTP is probably the less known natural sleeping aid, again it is a pill which can be bought over the counter and does not cost too much. 5 HTP is a natural occuring drug which also aids in boosting our reserves of sleeping power over our bodies. :-) As with melatonin, this would be one of my recommended ‘best sleeping aid’, however just like with drinking a glass of warm milk and melatonin, 5 THP is not very strong, it is perfect for people who at times get a bout of insomnia but do not suffer it on a continual basis.

Dream Water – The beauty of Dream Water, is that it contains concentrated amounts of all of the above and a couple other natural sleep inducing chemicals.
